Hi everyone! I hope you all enjoy what we post on Indivisible, and that you can truly benefit from the blog in the ways we intended. I've always considered myself an outspoken person, and one of the things I feel most strongly about is defending what you believe is right. It's not a surprise that I fell in love with advocacy. As MLK said, "our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter". I'm not one for quotes, but if I had to choose a life motto, it'd be this! Something I discovered when I was first getting into it was that you absolutely have the ability to make your contributions completely unique to you, and it's not hard, either. For this reason, I decided to ask for Sara and Virginia's help in making this project a reality. Indivisible went through a lot of work before it was even intended to become a blog, but it's always intended to keep your options as open-ended as possible and to engage as many people as possible. I'm so happy it's been a success as of now!

Hi everyone, my name is Sara and I'm the co-owner and editor of this blog. As many of you may assume, this project was born out of an interest in Amnesty International's aims and activity. This non-governmental organization has the scope of defending human rights worldwide, something that my personal interests have brought me closer and closer to during the past few years. This interest mainly derives from my school career and experience in Model United Nations. I feel thankful to have had the opportunity to gain greater knowledge and consciousness on these issues and, consequently, I now feel the necessity to facilitate the spreading of awareness among as many people as possible. Indeed, I really hope this blog will give us the opportunity to do so, by advocating for social equality.

Ciao guys! My name is Virginia and I’m a co-owner and proudly the social media manager of this amazing blog, Indivisible. Just as the name implies, our aim is to work together as advocates for human rights. Even though I do want to pursue a career in medicine which has little to do with what this blog is about, I’ve always had a passion for advocating for the infringement of human rights around the globe. I strongly believe that we all can make an influence in this world to make it a better place, starting from the smallest of actions to very large ones. My job is to keep you updated on all the latest news about the blog and what’s going on internationally, on our very own and highly informative Instagram page, @asmindivisible.
